I would like to offer my feedback based on my experience with InnLink, dating back to the beginning of 2012 when we took on Front Desk Anywhere (as our Property Management System) and Innlink as our GDS service provider.
From the stages of implementation to the present day operations, I have been immensely impressed with the level of professionalism, effectiveness, user-friendly interface and customer service provided by InnLink.
From our personal account agent, Ana Hester, I have received nothing short of a complete devotion to helping me optimize my use of their system. To put it best, I feel quite blessed to have been assigned to Ana as I have become quite familiar with her in all of our conversations. Her willingness to help and provide endless information, while voluntarily bridging very important gaps between my PMS company and InnLink, has been critical in optimizing our usage of InnLink’s services.
In summary, I could not have asked for anything better. I am extremely pleased with the networking & wide variety of services which InnLink offers.
Innlink truly has changed my company forever and look forward to many successful years of business together.
